Porous Pipe Termite Reticulation System
A continuous network of microporous pipes laid along plinth foundations during construction. It allows chemical re-charging every few years directly from external access points, with no floor drilling, no tile damage and a lasting perimeter defence.

1 Before we arrive
- Tell us where you have seen mud tubes, hollow-sounding wood or damp walls.
- Move furniture a little away from skirting and wall edges where you can.
- For new construction, share the site plan and when the floor slab will be poured.
2 After the treatment
- Do not disturb the sealed drill points or treated soil.
- Report any new mud tubes straight away.
- Keep a note of the reticulation service points for future recharging.
- Keep children and pets out of treated areas until your technician says it is safe.
